ehm.. What am i suppoused to say?

Im gonna have to mail goa subscription because they have sent me my account details for my 2 accounts to my old e-mail adress wich is not working any more.

Ive registerd a new e-mail on Yahoo, so that i can send them a request from there.
Im sure they want some kind of proof that it is really me. Do they want my game logins & passwords and maybe my old subs?.

If anyone here been thru this already, please tell me what you did to get your account details mailed to your new e-mail.

I have the same problem as you

but i didnt state my CD key in my mail
took em a day to respond with new passwords
but forgot to try and go in and change email and then my sub ended and now somehow Ive got the wrong subscription password and cant get in

and mailed em about it like 3 weeks ago, sent em 3 mails now and still no response

It is very sad that a company can screw their customers like this.
I will never deal with GOA again.

Ive sen't them a mail now with my game logins, passwords, IRL adress, telephone number, birth date .. everything except a RL photo of myself.

I sent all the relevent information, They sent back its not matching! Im telling it is sodding correct! I sent another Email, But they aint even responded too it! Oh the joy of the money and time sink
