Edited Damage Table for RvR

Since there where many old versions of Damage tables out there and I got frustrated looking for a good one, I decided to have a go at it and update an old one.

Heh, thats my fault...i met him in Mithra a few days after i started and he asked me about the Avalonian Merc thing whether it was gimped. i said he should do what he likes and he stuck with it

He hasnt done too badly though considering the supposed Gimpness of Avalonian Merc.
