Hello,

I am having visions about opening up an economics blog for AS/A-Level students/UNI students/people just curious in economics.

Does anyone have any tips about how to go about this? I imagine i'll have to pay for a domain? are there any good programs for basic websiting, such as blogs?

Pretty sure myspace and facebook offer a blogging feature may aswell use that and save yourself a few quid if it's about economics after all. Shed loads of other site offer blogging account aswell with out all the networking rubbish, pretty sure blog spots free, infact just type "free blog" into google and you should get plenty of info.

well if u have a gmail account u can use the http://pages.google.com/ to create an easy website and host ur blog on that...
its free and im pretty sure they give u enough space to have pics/vids to make it look legit

Last time I checked a forum is for discussing things etc.

Besides, 'free blog hosting' gives thousands of results - i'd rather know from others which one(s) are the best.
