Eclipse evolution does that - £12 ish for no limits and max speed in your area at no extra charge, but the pay as you go thing is meant for people who dont use it alot i think - I used to use it, was cheap tbh because I didnt download much at the time, after a while though I wanted to download more so I switched to evolution.
Gamah should probably change to that if he's downloading alot, will be far far cheaper.
Overall though I've been really impressed with eclipse, nice service all round.
I have about 60 clients using Eclipse Internet for their home and office broadband (about 100+ lines) and they've gone downhill so much in the last couple of years. Their tech support and customer service are a joke and, to make things worse, they've been upgrading their gear in the exchanges and breaking stuff left and bloody right.
It's just annoying. I'm trying to convince my boss to move a load of our customers to Andrews and Arnold instead...they have the best tech support of any company I've ever dealt with.
i have no idea why anyone would ever get their connection from an isp with download caps - unless obviously you have no option.
i was with blueyonder for like 5 years until virgin bought them out, have to say the service levels in general have gone down since virgin bought them out - but they at least haven't really changed the service itself, still the same price, no caps etc.
