Ebay rasing sellers fees AGAIN! :(

Bastards! Looks like I am going to start selling through Google's auction system and use thier fee-less payment system. Ebay are slapping our arses now, first they charge over the top auction fees and then they get you again with hefty paypal charges. They won't even allow other transaction companies onboard so people can pay that way, it is quickly becoming a monopoly. By using the auction site they are effectively forcing you to use Paypal to ensure quick payment, thus lining thier already stuffed coffers even further.

i wouldnt say ebay is a monopoly. being their site they can do what they want with regards to what company is used to resolve payments.
they also arnt the only site around which offers auction facilities, although its the most well known, thats not their problem

Looks like it will cost a few pence more don't see why they'd be going mental and increasing postage by £1. Books generally inexpensive and the % increase will be nominal.

Maybe I missed something

Looks like the biggest hit will be to expensive items such as cars etc. Dvds/books/cds should be pretty much unaffected.
