Spam so I'll spoiler it.

We appreciate that you chose eBay to list the following auction-style listing(s):

Nintendo Wii (As NEW)

However, your listing was in breach of eBay's Keyword Spamming policy and has been removed from eBay. All fees related to this listing have been credited to your account. We also notified members who placed bids on the item that the listing has
been canceled.

We would like to take this opportunity to let you know what part of your listing is not permitted.

Your listing(s) contains the following information:

Nintendo Wii (As NEW)

Keyword spamming is not permitted on eBay. Keyword spamming is using brand names or other inappropriate keywords in an item title or description for the purpose of gaining attention or diverting buyers to a listing.

For more information on Keyword Spamming copy this link into a new browser window:

Keyword Spamming

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you relist this, or any other item that breaches eBay policy, your eBay privileges could be suspended. We value you as a member of our community and wish to continue this relationship, so we must ask you to refrain from further breaches of the User Agreement and eBay policy.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Regards,

eBay Trust & Safety

So basically, they removed my listing of a Wii because I used the brand name "Nintendo" in the title, but if you go and search "Nintendo" on eBay now there's about 52 thousand search results and almost 20 thousand search results if you just type "Nintendo Wii."

So, wtf? :)

because it lets you choose whether it is new or not on the "condition" option (2 options being new or used)

? the condition was set to used but it doesn't mention that, it says brand name which by I'd assume they mean Nintendo

I'm didn't mean literally get rid of them all, I know how much work that'd take. Bugs the shit out of me though searching for something new though and you get all this "AS NEWLOLOL" crap up also.

Wouldn't be hard to do...just make it that when you title the thing, filter it out so it can't contain an exact phrase 'as new'. Pretty simple to implement, no idea why they haven't already if they've got a problem with people listing items like that.
