Bugs, bunny, baby, sweetie. I just wanted a "official page that explains your rights". You couldn't give it.

Your age has nothing to do with it, i'd want that proof out of any wanker. Trust is earned. So is respect by the way and saying i'm a wanktosspisssh*tstain on a shoe of a cockbadger, isn't helping :p

You're another so called "Hater" of me, i get it, for some reason i guess i f*cked your gf or something *shrug*

Just so you know, if you use Paypal and Ebay together (like 90% of Ebay users) you have options.

It's not a 'you get ripped off - tough luck' scenario. Not at all

options isnt a statutory right.

Just reading the thread, that quote you posted wasn't even aimed at you :p

I'm guessing that comprehensive reading is required for uni, right? :p

PayPal Buyer Protection provides coverage up to £500.00 GBP at no additional cost when you use PayPal to pay for a qualified listing on:

* eBay.at
* eBay.be
* eBay.ca
* eBay.ch
* eBay.com
* eBay.com.au
* eBay.co.uk
* eBay.de
* eBay.es
* eBay.fr
* eBay.ie
* eBay.it
* eBay.nl

PayPal Buyer Protection covers non-delivery of tangible items and tangible items received significantly not as described.

Before buyers can file a claim with PayPal for PayPal Buyer Protection coverage, they must make an effort to work out the issue with their seller by opening a dispute in the Resolution Centre. The dispute must be opened within 45 days of payment. If buyer and seller are unable to reach an amicable resolution, the dispute can be escalated to a claim with PayPal. A dispute must be escalated within 20 days of the date it was opened or it will automatically close. Once a dispute is closed, it cannot be escalated to a PayPal Buyer Protection claim.

Purchases made on eBay Express receive full protection coverage at no additional cost on damaged items or orders that were not received.

Please review our PayPal Buyer Protection Policy to learn the specific terms and conditions.

May not be a right but is clear enough that if its through paypal you have the option to get your money back.

if he states in the item listing that the game works then legally you can claim the money back off him. as when you list an item or bid on an item on ebay you are agreeing to a legally binding contract.

if he didnt state that the game was working then he technically hasn't lied to you and therefore doesn't have to refund you the money, however if he's a nice man he will regardless.

though bear in mind that when you are refunded through ebay you will not get the full refund back, the seller fees will be deducted and possibly postage costs also.
