All the serving staff are blind and diners eat in pitch black

Hmmm, I think it would be rather interesting to eat there. Indeed if you can't see what you're doing, your other senses tend to amplify, which could give for a very interesting taste sensation.
I would never go on a blind date there though, as they state on their website. I want to be able to see if the girl looks like a cow's rear end before I sit down, so I atleast have the chance to run before it's too late

I think i would have some sort of break down as im terrified of being blind and when i have no control over darkness it scares the arse off me. I'm fine at night sleep in almost pitch black but in a room where i could not turn a light on it would freak me out.

Im totaly the oposite.

I love to have only the tv screen light when Im hanging around. I even cba to turn the lights on when I go to pee in middle of the nite.
And I am totally unable to fall asleep if theres the minor glimpse of light coming throu my window (same with noises). And trust me, thats a big handicap

I have been to one of these places once, in a foodfestival in Stockholm. Fuck, it scared me to DEATH at first. You basicly couldnt see your hand before your face.... And you didnt know whatthefuck you were supposed to eat, or where it was...... "Mmmm, is this some kind of prawn? Chicken?" The amount of people who spilled out their drinks were huge
