well it all depends if he's talking about RvR or PvE..


in RvR i would agree that a supp BD is the best, dunno 'bout infs, or mins though, would think manachanters comes in 2nd and wind theurgs comes on 3rd with ice wizzys and supp SM's


in PvE it looks totally different though

here we have

1: NECRO

2: pallas

3: any other shield tank


the BD's are nice in PvE but they have horrid downt time... really like look im going to kill these oj's for 15 mins but then i have to sit for 10mins resting power, where as the necros are: ohh look a oj <wham, bang, thankyoumam> /y NEXT!! untill you get tired of pushing two buttens. pallys chain oj's / reds with no downtime, so can most shield specced tanks at rr5+
and minsers can solo quite nice at higher RR too, but not like the shield tanks
