Earth Wizards

Just took my level 24 earth wiz to GT a Cailteach Guard (lvl 60+ mob) and I was doing 25 to 50 points of damage to it (with crit).

Does GT work on all mobs regardless of lvl?

Edit: Arse, I ask this and 3 threads lower is a question about wizards. Sorry for the spam

Just answered my own question. Using the lvl 18 gt on a lvl 24 wiz I was hitting a lvl 70-72 named mob for a full 6 damage

Yes it will since it is the ground attacking the mob not the spell hence it avoids outright spell resists that you would get otherwise.
