Yeah all guilds kathal listed are OLD *shivers at the word* guilds. Be aware though that few guilds nowdays can help you level actively.
They could take you along while levelling artifacts etc, but may not be able to offer powerlevelling.

Either apply to one of these, very friendly friend related guilds.

Or try find one with more various level members. As most members in the mentioned guilds are 50´s. These tend to shift member base rather quick, as when people hit their 50´s they seek new stomping grounds.

Im pretty shure you are more then welcome to all mentioned guilds, aslong as you keep inmind that you will lvling wise be a tad lonely.
A + is ofc that they can give good pointers on levelling and help you with equipment.

The easiest way of finding a guild is still through chatting and grouping with people and by using the Looking for Guild flag.
It's not as easy these days on the grouping front obviously but finding someone higher level playing the same class as you and asking them for advice/chatting to them might be a way of finding people.

As a new player try to find out what kind of Guilds the server has on it.

Some guilds can do more RvR than PvE or otherwise.

You can try Google for searching diffyrent guilds homepages to see what kind the guild is.

You can see loads diffyrent guilds by typing command /who all for example.

And try talk with guild masters (GM's) about the guilds. Just send a message to somebody who is in the guild you are interested, and ask could you tell me the GM's names. Send message to GM then :)
