Any recommendations? I don't see much that isn't mainstream, so if anyone has some hidden gems lemme know.

Ahh shit, I could list hundreds, and go through my entire collection. At the end of the day it's about what you will watch, no point owning a DVD because someone else thinks you must have it.

Shameless series 1 (series 2 currently on channel 4, tuesdays 10pm)

Probably THE greatest drama/comedy I have ever seen on TV. Great acting, great storylines and 2 of the funniest characters ever to be seen on TV. Marty, the tourettes syndrome sufferer, and Frank Gallagher (gotta be seen to be believed). I doubt there is a drama or comedy programme on TV that is as true to life as this.

Id also say Early Doors series 1 and 2.

Cure, another jap movie but a chiller/horror afair. about a mass murder who makes peeps kill themshelves
