DVD burning?

Can anybody give me/link me to a guide on how to make a DVD?
I have a dvd recorder(Panasonic DRM-E65) plugged into my tv. I have a dvd burner on my computer. Sadly it isn't as simple as just drag drop and clicking burn.

Is there a noobies guide to making dvds?

The Panasonic isn't the easiest thing to get to grips with, they are one of the more complicated ones.

I will knock you a quick how-to guide in a bit if no one else replies before then.

Make sure you have Nero burning rom, dvd decryptor and dvd2one ready, if you can't find these give me a shout.

The main thing I want to do is burn a series of videos on my computer, like daoc videos, onto a dvd.
These are in various formats. .avi .mpg etc
Is there a program that can take all the videos, convert them to the right format and just burn them?

Actually you can both give me your MSN details(*spits*) and I will briefly sign into the paedo's favourtie messenger and send it to you both.

You don't need a guide with this program its simply add whatever files you want then click on convert and burn.

If you can both wait I can upload it when I get home tonight and PM you the link.
