Duplicate name?? WTF ??

ok i made a scout 2-3 weeks ago and i decided to name him cerib. Cool name i thought but some1 was ahead of me 2 years or more... check this out :

i am gona try to sort this out...
there was no intention of stealing it tho in first place because as usuall it would have said "name already exists" on character creation screen but it didn't.... its funny tho we can make fun of mids and hibs as they would see a cerib hitting em for insane dmg.... ehehe

I had the same issue on Prydwen a few weeks ago. I got some email now tho, telling me I have to submit 5 new names because mine already excisted
