dumb stupid idiotic IE

For some reason, clicking the empty portion of the vertical scrollbar is no longer scrolling just one page, its scrolling for 1.5 - 2 pages, only on IE.

Any ideas?

I thought it depended on where you clicked as to where it sent you?

Its a bug in the latest security update from microsoft. NO fix for it yet afaik.

The only current fix is to uninstall the patch. I don't know the Hotfix number though, and I don't know what the risks are from a security point of view.
