dual monitor

Is it possible to have my monitors set up so one is playing a game and the otherone has webstuffs, but when i click on other monitor it doesn't minimise the game?

technically, yes...but many fps games get arsey with dual monitor support..and some wont play at all...its about resizing the desktop for the game...

HL2 and CS, etc have the ability to run in a window and are sweet on a dual monitor setup. Games that grab ownership of the screen like C&C are terrible for dual monitors and I either have to switch the 2nd monitor off, or remember that the mouse pointer scrolls off the main game screen onto the 2nd desktop when I go right and that I need to use keys to move around the screen.

is the problem the same if you an agp card + pci gfx cards?

Did what weasel said - ran it in a window which was the same size as my desktop
