get mcl first, then gp, then load up on passives until you get mcl2 from respec, then load up on passives until you get raging power from respec, then go for some wild healing etc, maybe moc

Gillaien's template looks good, although I prefer some more passives, hence:

- MCL
- AA 2
- Ser 2
- GP
- MoH 3
- WH 3
- AoM 3
- MCL 2
- MoC
