In my personal opinion these drops are just insanely stupid.

Whatever IDIOT makes swords proc a 50% resistance drop to its damage.

50% resistance drop will result in pretty insane hits on people who took the effort to get their SC done. I bet I am gonna get hit for over 700-1000 when such a thing procs on me.

This is a great imbalance. They should make it not working in 'real RvR' and restrict the proc to the Event or something.

Make it have a regular proc in real RvR and I dont really mind. But these procs are sick. In the hands of Albs, Mids or Hibs.

I believe Kemor removed them already on Prydwen. And the sword looks brutal yeah :)

50% slash decrease proc
18 str/dex I believe not sure about dex might be con or qui
8 2H
16.5 dps
100% qua
5.1 spd

Its a self target item. So you get the 50% xtra to crush.
Someone said in guildchat a gun with 50% cold resists had dropped, gif pics pls.

Nice drops...well done GOA, more event involvement and some juicy weapons. Don't remove them, people are just jealous.

DONT remove them?!?! Are you insane. These items have the potential to ruin the fragile 'balance' that exists in DAoC at the moment. In the hands of a random individual these items are overpowered, but in the hands of an organised group these items change the very game mechanics itself. These dedicated groups would all respec to take advantage of a 50% melee debuff, imagine a group with a 50% bonus to melee damage, RAs like BoF would become useless. I mean, come on, one man can make more difference to a fight than the whole realm taking all three relics ;)

I think its great that Goa are working on events like this. And people that claims that unique drops are overpowered are plain stupid, because uniqe drops cant be exploited in the same manner as rare drops, and they arent everlasting either.

In fact, I think unique and exremly powerful drops are very funny, it almost gives that feeling of fanatsy that I want.

Now; give me a saracen-slaying sword(+50% in damage against saracens, +100% against saracen infiltrators and +200% against Remi).

Have been reading more about them...and yes...they are overpowered(50% slash-resist-debuff?!?!)

look at the ONLY staff that drops, 21 con!!!! wtf!!!! and then darkness and supp focus with a mana regen 5 PROC???????? guess wich class this is ment for :m00:

ïts not a procc its a clicky with unlimited casts. its like running around with serenity 5 ..... o_O

Mid got a sword with summon proc allso, it summons at sword you control like at pet.

Yeah right total group will respec for one decaying weapon. I think it's cool, weapon should last for 1 or 2 weeks. Yeah they are uber, that's what's make em nice dude. Don't forget that all three realms have em, so which imbalance u talking about?

Edit: So far tests showing the debuffs don't work on group, just on individuals

they will probably last just as long as your epic does, so pretty long time. Also they decreased the stats so now it only work on individuals. So it would be possible to build a group around one item, hell people make groups around savages which may get nerfed any patch.

The problem is the same why the 2 shotting bugged bow was wrong. It doesnt give the other person a chance to defend himself and it has nothing to do with making a mistake. With those drops a group could rule a complete zone (until they get really outzerged).

Yeah but no group will be albe to get all group members one, not meny of them dropped, but yes they are nice, mabey abit to nice

in 1 vs 1 atleast :)

Yeah that's why people should go to events, that's why the items are uber and highly wanted, it's cool!
