i just love council pop/water.

it's good. ive got a bottle in the fridge keeping cool whilest im drinking one, when one is empty refil put in fridge drink the cool one.

people say drinking to much water is bad for you.ive constantly got a bottle of water with me. drinking it day in day out. im drinking probably 2-3litre a day. reccomended ammount is 1.5.

will i die or get HIV if i drink to much water??

I have one of those brita filtered water thingies in the fridge. Its so nice when its cool. Sometimes i just put a splash of cordial in just to give it a slight taste.

Those Brita filter things are a con, my ex parent worked in a water type place and said theres no benefits to filtering water if you put it in the fridge, regular tap water in the fridge till its cool has the same effect

Depends where you live and where your water comes from. Where I used to live, down south, the water came out the tap looking like milk it had so much crap in it, really nasty hard water. The kettle used to last less than a year before it had to be binned due to a huge build up of calcium.

Its ok where I am now though, comes out crystal clear its even better where my Wife's family live in Lancashire, best water ever up there.

Drinking water is all good, but you can actually drink yourself to death with it! I recall someone posting something last year about the young lad who drank so much his head started hurting so he just kept drinking more and more water and effectively drowned himself or soemthing shit like that

You'll risk damaging your Kidney's with that much water. They have to work too hard to peocess it all and it can lead to renal failure. Other than that there's no real side effects. I prefer Coke though, go through 2 litres of that a day.

Other from that, drinking much water during the day is nothing but good for you afaik. Will get you to loose more fat, for example.

I went to Butlins once, Skegness. I wanted to drink some water but it was also like milk. Disgusting!

The water i get from the tap/fridge is probably better than i get from Tesco. It's much colder anyway and feels more refreshing!

So no, if you kill ourself by drinking water, you'll probably get a darwin for the sheer effort.

About the water quality, tap water is better then bottled water anyway, got some bacteria for ya and it's good. Unless your water comes from a sewage hole ofc.

A good rule of thumb is to keep yourself so your urine is nearly clear

In basic training we used to have several 'water parades' a day where we'd have to down a litre waterbottle before being allowed to go. I imagine we were drinking atleast 4 litres a day in total.

I can't really be arsed to go looking for sources, but I've always believed that staying hydrated is pretty important and a good way to stay healthy - you're unlikely to make yourself ill from drinking too much water unless you're going well over the top, imo.

Yeah, we used to drink so much water. That's what got me onto it in the first place. I felt fresh inside and out. Skin felt better, just everything.

Was doing much more exercise back then though. Shame.

Life on the isle of wight is like that, years ago was just chalk nowadays its filtered quiet a lot, but they also put chems or somit in it tastes like water in a swimming pool, have months supplies of them brita filters
