i just had a really wierd one. Was part of this crazy TV sale program things with two wierd people who danced and twisted whilst selling.

and they had children such as Fox, Sonic, D.K. and others. and fox was saying something like "I wanna be a defender (like the one in the game)" as they were only children and were obvisouly too young to have starred in the games.

and then it turned all cute and cuddly as "Superman" by Five for Fighting came on.

then i woke up and "Superman" was on T.V.

most strange

last night I dreamt that I was sitting in a pub I frequent with Avril Lavigne. she was really nice, and we were chatting between beers. then my current love object (who yet again refuses to speak to me due to me being a mean-nasty-male-pig- exploiter-and-despoiler-of-womenkind-everywhere(tm))
walked in and promptly went batshit.
diving for me, because naturally I was to blame, she attacked me with an ashtray. suddenly an alarm went off, warning the other people that there was a fight going on. the bouncer, who in my dream (and in real life) is a friend of mine pulled me off the girl and started talking about rugby ans the alarm droned on and on.
realising it was my alarmclock I woke up.

hmm i just remembered this thread cuz im having these dreams im going deaf!

i might be listening to music or watching tv or summat, and i cant hear it. so i turn up the volume... and i still cant hear it :( i cant remember much else about me dream. i dont usually dream, i usually sleep and 'think' about real stuff. which usually end up happening. someone said it may be dreaming without the abstraction.

boredom drove me to bump this thread, and the 5 star rating didnt tell me to shut up :p

i hope this shit dont mean im gonna be a deaf :scared:

I have a recurring dream that I have a baby, but I keep leaving it behind in toilets by accident, or I go away on holiday and suddenly realise: "Shit, I left the baby at home. For two weeks. I hope its not dead..."

I fear for the world if I ever start breeding.

I had this dream, prolly the most vivid one to date, where i was in a plane crash. I remember sitting on the left side, looking out across to the right window, when there was a jolt, and then watching the ground get closer and closer until it hit( i woke up at this point).

Some time inbetween that, i wrote my wife a poem, wrapped it up and stuffed it under my seat.

Dunno what it meant, but it affected me two ways:

I phoned my wife in the morning and asked advice (cos she is the spiritual kind she has ways of dealing with it that i fealt comfortable with.

I also get seats on the right sides of planes now.

( i prolly blame this dream on the experiance i had just after 9/11 when i flew into bangkok when they changed the flight paths, this really shit me up somewhat edging over the tower blocks.

anyways, my 2p

That's perfectly normal. I've had much the same dream myself.

The birth was probably worse for me tbh.

last night I had a funny dream:

I, and several other forum regs, was in the BW/G offices where our ever-loving staff were lazing about and swilling coffee like they tend to do. G had brought a game with him on a floppy that, after we installed it turned out to be alot like the old "tank" games that happen to be playable over the network, much to the chagrin of network admins the world over (when they aren't invited). anyway, we got down to playing and this game turned out to be uber cool and insanely addictive so we played and played and played some more :)

to cut a long story short...TTD and I 0wned you all :)

no, just plain disturbing. if you wish to project a sense of eroticism onto my being disturbed then naturally it begs the question which one of us is the sickest :)

My dreams are so embarrassing - they're the kind of dreams I had when I was a kid (and which most kids have) but i just never stopped having them.

Basically they consist of me being pursued (or on occasion) attacked by large, very frightening though sometimes unseen, fantasy monsters.

Now, most people as they grow up have these "monster metaphors" replaced with more subtle imagery, which really means the same thing when translated...it's about our fears and worries and whatever.

But no, my dreams don't feature anything clever like that, no disjointed imagery to be analysed. Just fricking monsters.

When I was about 11 I had these, but learnt to get angry with the monsters. I basically told them to fuck off. When that happened, I was able to have lucid dreams. Which rock.

I remember having dreams about films. Still do on the odd occasion though. I remember running from Pennywise, then chasing him down like a dog with dual Uzi's :).

Now it's running like fuck away from hoardes of Aliens...ala Aliens (Or maybe Starship Troopers). I am allways unarmed and most of everyone i know is in a mass of mauled people built up in houses and kind of oozing out. For some reason i just seem to find my way back to secondary school. :/

But that's like once in a blue moon. Usually i dream about normal stuff. I dont have issues, really i don't. :(

I myself remember very few of my dreams.

Generally no one does, in fact most people tend to suffer from the same effects when it comes to dreams.

Most freaky thing about my dreams is it shows me future images/events/actions every so often.....wish it would do the lottery for me instead of boring things :(
