We have always done it with 12 fgs that way more ppl cab get a chance to get a respec stone for free instead of 1 person getting like 10 stones then selling em for 6p each

24 ppl and 2 stones (skill + ra) for each participant.

and i dont mind if 1 person sells 10 stones for 6P or 10 ppl do it.

I have to mention that I (and perhaps other people aswell) loose interest when a hunt is restricted to 2 classes: Seers and Tanks. That leaves out half of the Mid population. I know Tanks and Seers is the optimal classes for dragon raids, but I still dont like when people are left out because of their class.
I think it was a contributing factor in killing the fun at Lair xp'ing, and its not doing RvR good, that people are searching for optimal groups and kicking people from groups if they are not Savage, Healer, Shaman or Skald.
Its just my opinion and a possible factor of the lack of interrest, take it or leave it mate.
