Ive had this before, but if every week i took random people...and believe me ive tested random signups before we would fail, and fail often leading people to not want to come.
People only want to be a part of something succesful, its human nature...and i believe the influx of stones on the market has brought them down to some of the lowest prices on any servers in the world. Supply/Demand.

For the spots there are some people i know just do their job wayyy to well to risk taking another...having said that if they were ill or didnt want to come someone who had been eager to come for a long time would probably be my next port of call so long as they had purge etc.
Aoln for example is a key character in the raid since he takes aggro of the old girl...and he does this a lot which distracts it from AE or meleeing the rest of the raid which is a damn good thing. He knows where to stand, what to do and it isnt something easy to learn off the bat.
Tucka for the friar spot often is due to the fact he filled in for a spot one week and i was impressed with his ability to keep the aforementions aoln alive and made a friar spot, so in effect if it wasnt for him no friar spot at all. (Tucka hasnt been every week anyway)
Other people like Yussef whos a damn fine tank and scunner/loch who if i dont have at least one of im scared to go that week along with numerous others are just core parts of the team also simply down to experience.

All in all its hard making the list, if the dragon dropped double what he does id happily take double the people its not me being 1337 etc, i simply want to go and do it succesfully. I often feel bad cropping the list without people who have been before but i have to do it, lead a raid yourself and see how hard it is maybe?
