It was indeed annoying and stressful for me last night with ppl just not showing up and not telling me they were unable to make it and then someone who did turn up got bored waiting and left anyway delaying us even more but im not sure what the answer is though.

Cemi0 gets ppl to confirm their spots once chosen but I dont see this as any different tho tbh as ppl can still just not turn up (and delay the move out while replacements are found) and the threat of not letting them on a raid again does nothing to deter them so I guess its sometimes just the luck of the draw really.

I can't see how getting people to confirm would make a difference. However, it does seem to, as we very rarely have to wait around to find replacements on Cemio's raids, where as we do seem to on yours Bluesky.

This isn't a critisicm of you at all, I know it's completely beyond your powers, I just thought I'd mention that it does seem t make a difference.

Perhaps people forget that they've signed up for the raid in the first place. By getting people to confirm I guess Cemio can start looking for replacements earlier for those that don't. Maybe that's the reason?

When you say you cant come... Blue will be able to make a replacement instently from the singup if its early enough.. but if it is like hour to 1 day then it mostly will be in game. But then you know that. That guys isent coming and can start looking for him right away. Mostly to show the respekt to the person that leads the raid to say i cant come. So it will be easyer for him/her to do what has to be done.
