When have the ruled made that i must be at West Skona 45 min earlier when the DR begins? I was told so by Bluesky.... Hope you all at West Skona 7pm uk (8pm cet) - my bg will be open 30 mins before. ???

When I came 5 min to late , then Bluesky told me that i had to be 45 min earlier.... I am totaly confused so i had to skip the DR...

I was there around 7:30 cet, invited Blue to grp 15 mins later (had 15 mins afk). I tried /who tann xillion times before we left Skona. Not really sure when we left Skona, but it sure wasn't 8 pm sharp. 8 pm sharp, I still got no matches when doing /who tann.. And I think I kept doing it until 8:30... Think we didn't even try to find replacement for you until 8 pm.
When Blue says be in Skona by 8, he means at the latest. If you're gonna be late, PM the group leader of the group you're assigned to and let them know.
If you're not there by 8 or haven't told GL (who will tell Blue), you most likely will be replaced. And, don't be /anon, as GL can't find you on /who..
I'm usually in Skona around 7:30 cet when I'm assigned to grp on the DRs.

Ok guys and gals here is the PROVISIONAL group setup. The only class I am missing atm is the last pbt runie so if you know any that want some guaranteed stones if we kill her then plz tell them to sign up asap

As usual there was far more ppl signing up than there were places available so i have tried to swap a few positions around to fit some ppl in that were not on the last couple of raids while still keeping some regulars to try and keep a high level of success. Also everyone who applied can consider themselves on the standby list so as usual im sure there will be some spots needing to be filled in all groups.

Let's make this my 15th bitch thrashing in a row even if she is getting harder each week hehe

Bluesky has said this a bunch of times already, so I'll do it for him this time. He sets the grps up after what he thinks has highest chance of success. Mixing some new blood in with the experienced ones etc. It has NOTHING to do with how early you post (as he says in first post of this thread). And knowing the DRs, some ppl will not show up, so if you're there anyways, there's a good chance of getting in even if you're not on the list.

Krag I will only reiterate what Aremeriel has posted above - you obviously did not read my entire post - its there for a reason you know not just cos i like to fill this servers database up with txt

And to those ppl that have pm'd me with abuse - i say 1 thing TOUGH LUCK im afraid - how would you lot handle it when something like 15 pac healers or shammies apply for 3 spots ?? or this week i think it was about 12 warriors ?? not an easy job sorting the groups out and yes before anyone pm's me with "bah i signed up first" or "gifv spot i wasnt on last weeks raid" well again if you dont like the way I run the Dragon Raids feel free to run your own

I will say yet again I try to make the groups based on lots of things but primarily for the raid to kill the dragon - if we dont then thats lots of ppl with a wasted couple of hours. I do however mix the groups up to let more ppl on the raids and swap ppl in and out while still attempting to keep a very good chance of success.

This week you will notice I have changed a lot of the tanks around and also changed 2 of the shammies. If anyone else can think of a fair way to get as many ppl on the dragon raids then feel free to comment constructively rather than whining at me. This just serves to make me think "why would I want someone like that on my raid at all"

Krag I dont understand what you dont get here m8..... about 12 warriors signed up so when im doing my spreadsheet for the raid I l*EDIT* why am I explaining myself....*EDIT*

1) Please go read my first post in the thread
2) I DO NOT have "favourites" and do not descriminate between anyone - wether it be someone from Bad Omen (hi zepp m8 ) who ppl sadly like to whine about or someone in my own guild, I will take anyone that is pleasant and polite to me on a raid.
3) Yes experience is important but so is being FAIR to ppl - you no doubt will be in a future raid of mine (if you sign up ofc) I have no probelm with you and your experience would be helpful but if I cannot be fair to ppl then I simply wouldn't bother doing raids at all.

After reading these 3 points I hope you understand.
