im hearing around alb with pm`s etc ... and im getting more and more.....
peeps saying sotl guild wont help unless they get 10+ drops of the dragon , well thats just bs, delket who is setting the raid up is sotl for a start.
all we want to really do is kill the dragon. we cant do this alone as like any other guild.

Tasty loot
Although i am keen as many to get the more shiny loot i can get my hands on, i can think of many other people that can take better use of the items the dragon drops. the discussion about the "who gets the loot" was really bound to happen it is almost impossible not 2 have one over this important raid.
but i trust the raid leader 2 take care of that

what shiny loot, there 2-3 unique drops and rest are the same shit normal mobs drop.

Calm down mate, 90% of the people playing this game don't buy into this anti-sotl bullshit anyway. You guys have always treated me well even though we are in not in an alliance together. Some people judge your entire guild on the attitude of 1-2 members or ex-members. Thing is not everyone in life gets along and it won't happen in a game, however to hate and badmouth a guild because you dislike a member is childish. That appears to be the problem, a handful of people with a grudge against your guild and they are profogating lies.

BTW this raid was completely unsuccessful. I have no idea why it didnt work. We died so fast we might as well have used nukes. Might have done more damage than the poor 20% we managed then.

It was worth a try, nice planning and leading, Delket.
I really enjoyed it, however, after poking a 2hp damage into golestandt, I found myself got grilled instantly.

According to several of my TDS guildmates a wizard stood there nuking his arse off, which prompted the mass AE Dragon nuke that fried half your force in one go. I wasn't there due to work commitments but were warnings given about nukes causing the dragon to AE nuke? I was told the force was impressive even though lots got left behind and un'ressed on the way to the dragon, 20% does seem a poor number compared to last time but it seems like some trigger happy nuker got you all killed

Next time ( and I hope there will be a next time ) the organiser should spam the chat window with
/yell DO NOT CAST ANYTHING OTHER THAN DEBUFFS ON THE DRAGON!!!!

Also each group leader should make sure his group understand too.
It was probly some 10 year old who doesnt always read the chat window who nuked it. Anyway I forgive that person. We live and learn.

As most people lack experience raiding mobs with larger amounts of people, these thigns will always happen. Nukers will nuke, tanks will /stick etc, not much you can do about it, other than pray that the newbs learn that there's a reason why there's a raid leader

Maybe its about being people being new to the game, but I just think the more people who are involved in an enterprise -- the more chance that something will go wrong. Particularly when it just takes one person to mess up.
As most of the high levels in Albion are guilded it could be worthwhile arranging the next raid through the guild masters. If they are told the do's and do not's of dragon raids then they can pass it onto their members, and ensure everyone know's what is expected of them on the day.

I dont recall the middies or hibbies taking advantage of our abscence from the frontiers to their own ends and this pleases me.
They either have some honour, are ignorant or just couldnt be arsed.

altho i dont use it inda lacks dmg
i have a new sword now well not sword a axe - and its lovely 400dmg ummmmmmmmm...... sweet as my raven did some thing like umm.. 250
im talking about hiting yellow middys mind u i havent tryed t out on mobs yet -
only 15.5
100%
but it hits harder than it looks i picked up my doom sword and dimond toad sword to last night (im happy ) i only have a few more swords left to get and my equipment is finished
