Voted no, with the following comment: Everyone was a newbie at one time or other, and we can use new faces who can become regulars later, so keeping all of the raids as experienced raiders only, and being strict about it isn't the best way on the long run.

If we say: One raid per month is open for newbies, IF they can get support from some regular, and if they are prepared, know the tactics, etc. we will have 3 raids a month where we don't deal with the problems newbies can mean, and we will have 1 raid a month with reduced amount of problems, and we can prepare for that.

Or we can schedule the "open to newbies" raids for another day.

How to earn an invite with this idea? By doing PVE groups with regulars, being helpful and nice. We have many people who never help others, but they think it is their right to get stones by being half AFK on a raid, we don't want them. Helpfull people who proven themselves and generally nice and usefull can become regulars quickly, and we would have access to new people without getting most of the associated problems.

People aren't reading the information regarding posting about your character/MLs/RR/Abilites etc. - if they can't follow those simple instructions who knows if they can follow the 'PBAOE RUN' instructions? Let alone the 'You've been glared and are about to get nuked harder than Staj can'.
