I don't. With opted group raids with so many sign up's its not possible to be fair every time but i try my best.

There's no point picking all people who are "due" a spot as then there's much less chance for the raid to succeed so i have to balance it between letting anyone who wants to come with making sure we kill gjalpi.

Sometimes I may leave someone out for a raid or 2 but when some spots are so oversubscribed im left with little choice.

Given choice I would much prefer to invite anyone who wants to come and simply zerg Gjalpi as is done in most ml's nowadays but thats neither fair on drops nor efficient.
