I would like to go but belive the Raid leader is being to greedy imho.. 3 drops is a lot in my book.

Actually its 4 (5 if claimed item drops).
As Grimmenn said it takes time to organize things.
Specially Dragon Raids with signups, confirmations and getting people to show up.
Next thing is finding replacements. People bumping you with PMs: "is there any spot for me?" etc. Also the raiders PMs you asking questions and you gotta keep track of whos coming on what char and that all spots is being filled. Meanwhile you have alot of people waiting for you to sort these things out fast. Might get me a stomach ulcer someday
Then moving there and getting people to listen and handing out all those stones
I find it rather stressing. But when you get to lair and start hitting her its actually fun

Some people told me these things too when they tried doing DRs in gulids or so.

I cant say if im being too greedy. But I put alot of effords into this to work. Made a website with all sorts of information related to DRs. Gladly answering all questions regarding leading DRs and so on.
Noone becides you have complained. Maybe its because you dont know how these things works.

Atleast I know that alot of people are happy about my raids. They mostly go smooth. Never had one failure.
But It hurts me when people starts to flame me for stupid and idiotic things. (Not saying thatl you flame me or so, but some people gets mad about all sorts of things. Etc if they forget to confirm and then show up without getting in groups or something like that).

Still hope to see you on one of my friends someday
