Dragon loot updates?

I noticed tonight my Hauberk from the dragon has the updated stats (including +4 Magic Skills). Afaik the changes were not meant to be retro-active. So check your old loot and it might be worth using now

The hauberk still has the old charge, would've been nice to have the healproc...

Aye, all dragon drops have been upgraded. both weapons and armour i have were. However as you said all them have still got crappy old procs on
