Agreed, this season was crap compared to season 2.

I loved the gasmask episode in season 1, that was just scary as fuck

I don't know about moving on completely. There could be some thing he could add to the Who-verse, but I will admit that the writing of this series has for the most part been very poor. There were a few nice parts in the episode (like the fact it's one year later, and the end with the revelation about Captain Jack (Such a great character, seriously)). Blink was a great episode, and they all have been entertaining in their own way. There's still a lot more to the Doctor though.

Oh, and as to who won. Technically I would call it a draw.

Sad thing is, even if its shit (Though i still find it compelling to watch) its still the best thing on TV currently. That and top gear are the only good thing from even having a TV.

Utter bollox TV these days, bring back the old game shows (Bullseye, catchphrase, Crystal maze) and some decent programming/documentaries etc.

about half and half, only we get to see it 100 times because there is in fact only about 4 shows on UK TV played back to back on all channels

We get stuff like Paramount and a couple of US based shows. But nothing like they do, ontop of we get the good couple of month break.

I tend to download my shows (Oh QQ, anyone with a net connection > 128K does it) so I don't really get the gap.. Only UK (UK only) shows worth watching are ended (season wise). Stuff like Top Gear etc.

Depends on the channel

Channels 4 and 5 are mostly american(Simpsons, CSI, Friends, Ugly Betty etc)

BBC1 is mainly your big budget dramas, BBC2 mainly your "offtopic" stuff(like science, Top Gear, ie stuff thats not normal) and ITV is mainly reality shows like X Factor

As for those with cable, Sky and Feeview, it also depends what channel

Well have to say i liked it, it might have been better, but that was as good as it needed to be for me.

He didn't have that much fun though as he should, loved the ending being all "What...what? WHAT?!" cause that's the kinda parts i love about the show.
