Honestly? I think it comes from 3 reasons:

He is favored towards experienced people, and the core staff of the dragon raid is set, and I think it helps to make things successfull.
He is favored towards characters who can supplement the core staff well, to make sure the chances of a fast and successful raid is the best. Good signup post helps here too.
And since he doesn't want to deal with whine, complaining, etc. about his raid on a raid he runs, he is favored towards people who don't complain when they don't get an invite, etc.

thats hardly fair though is it? reason no,2 dosent count (i thought my sign up was as wanted) and ive easily done 30 dragon raids before, morps and greapers i think, hence why i post experienced

For the Dragon, since there are no adds etc. You need a pure DPS class (which a merc or Armsman can do better than a reaver since Levi will always be resisted)

Unfortunately my uni proxy won't let me play Daoc so I am on a forced break until christmas.

NEW TITLE ADDITIONS

- We have added titles for achievements in the following areas :

Deathblow Count - The number of deathblows scored against enemy players in RvR.
Dragon Kills - The number of times a player has participated in killing the epic dragon in the player's realm.
Epic Dungeon Completion - The number of times a player has participated in killing one of the following monsters : Olcasgean, Apocalypse or King Tuscar.
Solo Kills - RvR kills on which a player has scored a vast majority of the realm points.

- Note that all new titles are granted based on achievements made after 1.76 goes live. Players will not receive credit for the listed achievements for any activity prior to 1.76 going live.
