This raid isn't a walk in the park like master levels
A single person who doesn't listen carefully to Talsar and remain focused 100% of the time would wipe our whole raid out (no i'm not exagerating)

Experienced plays = less problems = easier raid
As that was Talsars first raid, having people that knew what was going on would help him (he did a fantastic job btw)
