DR RAID FRIDAY 1ST AUG AS PROMISED

this is the secound dr as was promised after last fridays fun in mal but this time a few changes


change 1

only 12 fg will be taken into mal a total of 96 ppl +1 me as i never group for drops after raid ( those at last fridas will tell you i never tookk a thing for the raid )
to get this the following steps will be taken

step 1 at 18:30 gmt 19:30 cet the cg will be opened
step 2 those in cg will form fgs at gna with the following 2 healers 6 others once group is filed all in it will leave cg and make way to mal once we have 12 fg a total of 24 healers and 72 others a new cg will be created for tanks and healers mana pots will be handed out so healers plz get there as soon as you can
step 3 if a guild can get 1 fg with 2 healers/shamans and 6 others then that counts as 1 fg
step 4 once at lair the new cg will be formed 1 guild ( np i hop will stay for adds) rest will disband and get end and dam buffed by shamans
once buffed and healers are rdy we pull liar mobs and then attack dragon

2 shaman will be there for only buffing end and dam add thay are not to res ust buffy those that ask
all tanks will when resed get buffed and attack no waiting for res illness or for hits to recover as if she ae again your dead full stop

meaven or grandpa baza will run healer cg

12 fgs work out 2 ra 2 realm stones per group with 1 ra 1 1 realm left as i need a realm i will then purches the realm stone that remains for 4p the funds handed to either lfom or wr alliance whom ever i find first the ra stone to who ever wants to pay 1 p for it

16 drops 12 fg each gl will do random 100 highest piks a drop then enxt and so on untill all drops are gone

lvls will be as follows

tanks 45+
healers 40+
shamans 43+
times again
18:30 gmt 19:30 cg open
19:00 gmt 20::00 cet make way to lair
19:30 gmt 20:30 aprox raid starts
20:00 gmt 21:00 cet dragon dead lotto done on our way out to kill anything we want

this time 12 fg is max and as for mana pots there will be a few rdy at gna for healers i have some guilds ho have garentyed 1fg i dontt realy want 12 full guild groups kinda like to have some from the smaller guilds that cant get a fg.
so to that end a max of 8 guild groups will be accepted and as np are allways a big part of my plans for dr thay get 1 fg spot auto( soz but thay allways do a good job on the adds)

it will be 12 fg only 4 stones per group 2 of each with 1 of each left over if ther is no opjections i will be taking both the stones as last ridays dr raid i was kinda forgoten in the lotto and was not even entered for any drops (someone forgot it was my raid when he did the stones meaven).


if this way works out then future dr will be sey same with 8 full guild grooups 4 random i will posy set raids set days and ask for guilds to post what days that can make it and what im hoping to spread it out so that most guilds have a chance to go

ok with h&s and tdd thats 7 guild groups 1 more and its 8 remaining 4 fg will be mixed.

if this works then it is my intention to do it this way when ever ppl are wiling upto 2 dr per week untill mids have all the respec stones thay need

if a guild mentioned has more than 1 fg thay can put them into the 4 random groups
but max will be 12 fg +1 as i wll take the 2 left over its not right to enter into a group.
the 4 random groups the cg will start at 18:30/19:30 gmt/cet once i have 32 ppl in it i till close it and make private cg the 8 guild groups will then join the cg at 19:00 gmt 19:30 cet when we move to lair
if any guild group is unable to make it as a fg or cant go at all then more random will be used
if this works then the following friday there will be yet another one with only 1 ch\ange i wont claim a stone i will enter lotto for a stone in the random groups

ok great job was fst and easy and to top it all she actualy drop 2 rather nice items the long sword and dragon bow both mp

my thanks to all and especial wr for forming a secound group and to ce who camr at short notic when 2 guilds was not able to make it

took 9 mins longer to kill then i had hoped but next time we do it in 30 mins

again nice job by all who came now next week there is definatly 1 friday maybe another saturday and sunday depending but these will be the last for the next 6 weeks

Was probably always on the cards that people would leave though with the handing out of the 1st set of stones.

Holding them back would have got some peoples backs up too though I suspect, so either way has it's flaws.

Yeah. Gr8 raid.
I a shame we didnt kill it when it poped again.
I think we should kill it asap if it pops next time. Skip the lottery and kill it right away.
The only problem on a 12 FG raid is the Items that are dropped.
I say, split the stones(2+2 to each grp) and /random 100 for the MPs after the second kill. Rest goes to the Midstock.

As fo being a treasurer, I feel my lack of in game activity lately (new lady in my life etc etc) deems me not suitable for the posistion, but Im sure I can find ppl who are trustworthy of the task.

With all the DRs, TG raids there should be a lot of items/stones for that.
