Not any new classes as such, but you will be able to sub-class.

so true...tbh every1 whines too much on FH ( lol even this now sounds like a whine over a whine :twak: )

back on track... no there are no new chars, there are new champion weapons (which are uber and prob replace alot of arti weapons), new abilites..u can get 5 spells, there is a spells tree setup so u must follow a path to get the decent spells..eg. spells like lifetap, disease, heal, styles...however mages cant spec into lifetap, healers cant go into heals, tanks cant go into styles etc...so imo every caster will be getting interupted alot more (except WLs...soz just had to QQ abit :p) but the casting timers for the spells are on a FIXED! 3sec cast timer...so not soo oped, and i doubt u can cast them while running ( alot pb on a vamp and being able to cast while on the run...<3 :fluffle: )
hope it helps u m8

http://webpages.charter.net/darknessrisen/Index.htm is a good site for info and faq's. I think in general DR seems to have been pretty well received, it has added new abilities but nothing thats overpowering, has a lot of fluff with horses and barding, and champion weapons that while not as powerful as some artifacts do present good alternatives to artifacts. Also you can gain champion levels by simply playing how you normally would anyway, this patch is definitely no ToA. The couple of complaints I read was that the content isn't as extensive as previous expansions - hence a shorter time for completion (although the cost of the expansion was half the price of previous ones as well I think) and that the final CL encounters are a little difficult for a full group (battle group needed to help with adds in the dungeon - with each group needing to complete the encounters individually for credit)

http://daoc-trophy-mobs.com/misc/new_trophies_180.html new trophie's too.
