Just downloaded all of DR of www.dlgamer.com and everytime i try and install

it sais "Windows Xp Setup" Please go to the control panel to install and configure system components"

anybody know what this is ? or how to fix it ?

DR is the most unbelivable fucking piece of shit ive ever encountered, ive been sitting here for 10 hours trying to download it and install it, but evry client i download there is something wrong with.
