Ok I am trying 2 download a file and it says i have to chose the "open from current location" not "save" option. Since I have installed IE6 I no longer get this choice when downloading so how can I do it.

I tried downloading the file in the normal way and it didnt work properly when I ran it.

I have tried right clicking on the link and clicking open and that didnt work (it just saved it as usual).

The file I am trying to install is:
http://www.winamp.com/plugins/detail.jhtml?componentId=92178

If i download it in the normal way it wont detect my winamp folder for some reason.

Can any1 help

Thanks

i asked how 2 open it lol.

It still wouldnt work so it must be the file. Has any1 else got winAMP who has the problem that i have. Basically you open the file and it says it will let you continue when it detects winAMP only it doesnt detect it, even after you select the folder :-(

That's pretty fucked up; doesn't it give you a window prompting you to select your winamp folder when installing it? It's probably just that individual program if not.

If you're after a decent visualisation plugin though, MilkDrop is the only way to go :p
