Actually Cloak the guys got a point... that is IF nightshade misses PA/BS2 chain or whatever... my ranger has taken down almost every1 in pure melee... then again... my ranger is celt with good gear and high blades...

Ranger melee > Minstrel melee > Low RR Nightshade Melee

A Druid could probably beat you in pure melee

well. im gimped BADLY! ive yet to beat a Ns in melee i always get snuck up on..and it scares me be gentle.. im only good with my bow ....coz if i see a luri within my range. dead meat

I got raped 5 times in a row by a NS.. I'd just capped in BG3 and we were talking on IRC and I got challenged to a duel...

Can't tell if they were buffed tho, as they didn't die

(Nearly got them on the last fight )

NS's if specced well hit hard

i have never had any problems witht aking anyone down in bg, even when missing perf or bs id usually stil come out ontop
(like the time i beat 2sbs that got the drop on me)

Well if we are talking about BG NS then yea a Rangers Dmg Add will make them seem like a more formidable fighter
