The jolt reference came from the dumb word-association crap; they have a thread like that with over 10000 posts. Forgive me, but I (and many others) get really really pissed off about that sort of thing. I can only moan :/

I haven't excessively bitched about forum content in a while now (at least, not to Moving Target standards). The exceptions were the G.F. Moderators thread, getting annoyed at people spamming when I was trying to raise a serious issue, and here, because of people chain-posting meaningless words.

I'm with you on the 'unwind' thang, as sometimes here is the only place I'm on an equal level with everyone. There was a thread a few days back (can't remember the name... something to do with Pizza I think) where a few of us took a rest from work and posted some funny stuff, like pics, links and such. I don't consider that spam; it was purely social-based without any informative issues for others, yet it was fun to read/post in.

Thread's like my own Longest Story v2, your *SPAM*, and the latter 3/4 of Kryten's Moo thread on the other hand, had android-like content, page after page. Reading back over them now, it's like watching spambots in action, as opposed to real people, whom are the reason for me being a member of this forum. Without personalities behind the posts, it's just awful.
Before any of you hit back, I admit to once practising what I now preach, and can live with that; that was then, this is now.
