firstly it's an Answer.
secondly it's a reply.
thirdly, if the question was asked in spite to insult your intelligence, then the answer you give could indeed be a comeback.


similarly, one of the definitions in the english language dictionary of a comeback is that it's a "reply" or "witty retort". when you said:
