May I just add that stones can be picked up on CMs after Dragon Raids (usually Wednesday and Sunday) for price like 5-7 plat.
They get sold very fast however, so its just a question of looking at the right times.

That's cuz lamers buy them cheap and put them out at outrageous prices. Several people are doing this in an organized fashion.
