lol cool site dunno if any1 saw that show about parasites on tv last year but heres some rather interesting tales from that. Mind altering parasites!! in africa there is a kind of worm or something and it hatches inside human skin then it needs to get to water to breed (or something) and hoo the cool thing is that it creates a burning sensation in its host so the host (generally people) then rushes in to the lake to cool the skin where the bug then pops out and swims off. Another one which is really quite scarey if you consider it is this worm that infects minnows (small fish) and controles their minds so that when a heron comes to eat them the worm makes them stay still ( against all its natural instincts which are pretty strong when it comes to survival infact most herons dont see minnows for dust) the heron eats the minnow + its worm and the worm gets in to the heron which is its ultimate goal in life as they need to infect birds, anyway just think about that having a worm in you that makes you kamikazi, its pretty creepy, saying that though a lot of parasites are more or less harmless (some are actually benificial to their hosts) so dont have nightmares about em :)

we are superior to these parasites, some can talk others into kamikaziing (if thats english) themselves without even so much as touching them...

btw do humans become frenzied aswell when they have rabies??

afaik rabies causes drastic fear of water and is also known as hydrophobia it causes dehydration and effects the brain and as it effects most other mammels and human beings are only mammels themselves i assume that it does
