Well...it depends on whether or not you want to spend money on getting a moped license, working for piss all money and running the risk of being executed when I have all moped drivers rounded up and liquified for being an annoyance.

All you need to drive a moped is ur provisional lisence (and maybe a theory test, piss easy). In N Ireland anyway... maybe thats why modep heads are so annoying, cos they dont have a clueee ?

lol most of them dont even bother with the lisence, and end up crashing their mates moped into a tree...
