Hmm after reading some other posts, it seems that this might be a typo in the server list. Hrmph! I guess it's not true then. 
EDIT: Reading further into that 49 page post... maybe there IS a RP-PVE server named Hyrkania afterall? It seems the new servers are causing quite a ruckus on the forums there, and people are a bit confused.

Ah. I found some real information from Tarib (a dev).

With the launch of Age of Conan in Europe we introduce another ruleset which has been requested by many players for quite some time now: RP-PvE.
The first server available of that ruleset is Hyrkania (European English region). We will keep an eye out for that server to see how many players actually are interested and will consider more servers if needed.
