Does The Paladin Ablative Actually Work ?

Bcoz it doesnt for me... Im talking about the new spells u get in the chants line. Paladins get a pulsing Ablative spell, the delve on it says atm tp me

100% absorbtion - value 25

Now to me , thats basicly the same as the mincers ablative , and thats what its supposed to do afaik, except it doesnt, ive tested it vs coutless mobs, let greens hit me for ages etc with the ablative up and not once has it ever lowered the dmg or given a message u take xx dmg , xx dmg was absorbed by your melee buffer...

So can someone explain to me how it works, or if it doesnt work for them, or if its bugged or .. arrrrgh

You might want to read the delve again. Its a magic abalative...

lol aye thx , i did notice this the next day, delve doesnt actually say it specificly tho, just says lowers the dmg type by...

i was just assuming slash/crush/thrust etc...

Tbh it pretty useless chant , 70dmg off of a 600+ nuke every 1 second wont save u :/
