Does anyone have the "midpack" for Lalidas Spellcrafting Calculator....

I've been awol for some time now :/
Reinstalled my PC and lost my precious "midpack" <cries a wee little bit..>

Does anyone have a link for it?
V.2 of the calculator only has the epic stuff listed for Midgard..
