DoD 3.0 Crashing

OK, I downloaded DoD 3.0 today and installed it. It installed fine, no problems whatsoever. Opened HL, Activated DoD and configured my settings etc. Went to join a server, and it loaded up, connected then all of a sudden dropped to desktop. Nothing.

My machine is:
Celeron 366
128mb RAM
40 gig Seagate Barracuda
Voodoo 3 3000
NTL Cable modem
Windows98SE (lite)

Never had a problem with HL or any of it's mods before. Please help!

Have you played DoD before? Or in other words, was it ok for 2.1?
I know there are some issues with Voodoo cards, so that is the first question.
Also , if u have played before, did you have any scripts installed?

I've never had trouble playing DoD before, but it has been awhile since I last played it, let alone had it on my PC. I've never used scripts for DoD at all, either.

OK Ive checked this out on the Mod forum for you. Try adding -nocdaudio to the command line.
Apparently it works
