how will you disable auto team balance in lan game, create game cs game? please help me!!!!

HERE YA GO

if u r in control of the server, or have created it, you should be able to use server commands. the one that you need is this ( to be typed into console by pressing ` button in top right of keyboard)
mp_autoteambalance 0

replacing 1 with 0 turns it back on
