Do you get value for money? Or me than me at least :)

I'm quiting DAoC after more than 2 1/2 years playing and I've never really been a hardcore player, only playing on weekends. I've had a really fun time through the times, and made some great friends and found an amazing guild BE ftw

So...I was thinking the other day...do we get value for money and who gets the most? You have to get the average you play a week and times by 4 (hours you play in a month) then you take what you pay a month for your main account, which is 8 pounds. Divide 8 by your first sum to get your payment by the hour...E.G.:

I play around 7 hours a week
7 * 4 = 28
8 / 28 = 28p (roughly)

Basically, you more you play, the less you pay by the hour

err £125.. based on the thing that i used to play 16 hours a week... at least, which is why i quit playing. i may have done the sum wrong tbh rofl

67 x 4 (52 ish) = 268.
268 / 8 = 33.5p.

Based on all my time before November. I still get all work done etc... About 8 hours play a day, 12-14 hours on weekends. If I'm not seeing somebody.

So by that logic I pay... 33.5p an hour?
And that's just a regular week. Not a holiday week.

I don't play much (at all) these days due to spending my time on other hobbies, but i have to say Daoc is the least expensive hobby i have ever had by a long shot, (even when running 4 accounts) it's incredible value for money and the more you play the cheaper it gets.

So yeah i think Daoc is fantastic value for money \o/

Oops I made a mistake you have to divide 800 (the amount each month in pennies) by how much you play a month

Overdriven you divide 800 by the number of hours you play not the other way round! So:

800 / 268 = 3p (rounded up)

Ezteq yours would have been 12.5p per hour
