They auto train stealth

From levels 8 until 48.

Fully auto training gives you 12 in Stealth skill.

Which saves you 77spec points you would have normaly spent in stealth!

Every four levels from 8 upwards that is to make it a little clearer.

If you /level you dont autotrain.
If you dont autotrain and respec stealth, you dont get the extra points.
If you DID autotrain and respec, you DO get the points back.

Level 12 = 3pts
Level 16 = 4pts
Level 20 = 5 pts
Level 24 = 6pts
Level 28 = 7pts
Level 32 = 8 pts
Level 36 = 9 pts
Level 40 = 10pts
Level 44 = 11pts
Level 48 = 12 pts.
