Do scouts need

[Messiah]

Cap sheild and weapon when in melee as im finding it very hard to sc these in.
This is what i have atm which seems crap not having any plus thurst and only 4 sheild so not sure if it will be good for rvr and ignore the high melee resist it when GS is on
